Call for Good Practice Examples: User-centered Design for Digital Covid-19 Response
We’re gathering good practical examples for a publication of digital technologies designed for or with the users, which are being used to respond to the current Covid-19 pandemic.
Organizations need to put people at the heart of their design of digital technologies to better support the global Covid-19 response directly, or indirectly by adjusting humanitarian and development programming to physical distancing and new user needs in a rapidly changing pandemic environment.
Inspired by our recent ICT4D webinar on Designing digital tools for Covid-19 Response for and with the User we’ve started collecting inspiring initiatives and decided to create a compilation of good practice and lessons learned.
Do you have any recent user-centered or user-driven ICT4D innovations you wish to share with us?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a short description and weblink of your ICT4D initiative, including
- How you are engaging with your users?
- What makes your initiative special or innovative?
- How is it used to support Covid-19 response?
Deadline for submissions is Friday July 31, 2020. Late submissions might be considered.
