Onsite payments
We are offering an onsite payment option for participants from Ghana, Kenya or Tanzania because PayPal isn’t available in your country. If PayPal doesn’t work in your country and you want to use this payment option, please first seek approval from adminict4dconf@crs.org.
At the ICT4D Conference’s onsite registration payment desk, ticket payments can be made by credit or debit card using a POS machine or in cash (US $/Ghanaian Cedi).
We advise everyone who can pay by PayPal, including its Credit/Debit Card option, to do so. Long payment queues are expected, delaying your ICT4D Conference experience.

The ICT4D Conference 2-day fee includes:
- In-person sessions on March 19 & 20, 2024
- Networking events and in-person collaboration opportunities with other attendees
- Lunch, morning and afternoon snacks and coffee/tea on March 19 & 20, 2024
- Access to the virtual event platform with online content and recordings
- Virtual networking opportunities to create lasting connections
The early bird rates ended on December 22, 2023.
Registration fees are non-refundable after December 19, 2023. However, your registration fee can be transferred to a substitute participant from the same organization.
1Low- or Middle-Income Country (LMIC) Discount: To register with the Low- or Middle-Income Country (LMIC) Discount, please refer to the official World Bank website for a list of countries that qualify. Only those organizations founded and headquartered in a qualifying country are eligible for those rates. International businesses and iNGOs are excluded from those rates regardless of their location.
2Not-for-Profit: Please be prepared to submit proof of non-profit status. Non-Profit rates are also being extended to: Entrepreneurs/Startups/Small Medium Enterprises/Independent Consultants (less than 5 employees).

ICT4D Training Day Registration
These hands-on and practical workshops offer a better understanding of how to get more out of your ICT4D tools, improve your approaches to GenAI, GIS, or your overall digital transformation.
You will be able to discuss your questions or challenges with expert workshop leaders and your peers. Workshop spaces are capped at 30 participants.
